Ideal Family Retreat with Fun Amenities!

My family loved the indoor pool and playground! The kids were thrilled with the water slides, even during our stay when some were out of service. We appreciated the friendly staff who made our visit enjoyable. Pro tip, Keep an eye on the pool entry if you have little ones!

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, an indoor pool, and a children's play area. The staff helped me find my lost ring, making my first stay unforgettable. I recommend it for families!

The hotel is conveniently located near Point Pelee National Park, making it ideal for nature lovers. The play area inside was a fantastic bonus during our rainy weekend, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hot water for tea at the refreshment station was lukewarm at best, and the room could have been more comfortable for a longer stay. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, and we appreciated the well-kept rooms and convenient amenities like the fridge and microwave in our King Room.

I thoroughly enjoyed the indoor playground, which was a delightful space for children with its slides and activity center. The layout of the hotel allowed easy access to common areas, making it convenient for seniors like myself.

More seating in common areas for seniors would help.

I loved how close we were to Point Pelee National Park, just a few steps away, making it easy to explore its stunning nature trails, and the peaceful surroundings added to the charm of our stay as we wandered around relaxing parks nearby.

The pools were perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and the kids made great use of the arcade games. Just a heads up, the restaurant info was a bit hard to find, but overall, we had such a fun stay! 😄

The indoor playground was amazing for the kids! They loved the water slides and basketball court 🏀. Only downside was the cold shower water. Overall, a fun family getaway.

It needs serious updates!!! Ripped carpets, rusted ceilings in the pool area, and dirty windows give a neglected impression. The lack of an elevator to the third floor adds to the inconvenience!!!

The open concept space allowed my kids to play freely which was enjoyable for the whole family. The staff continuously provided water and coffee in the lobby, and we appreciated having a cheap breakfast option available. The movie in the side lobby for kids in the evening was a nice touch too.

The common areas lacked sufficient seating for larger families during peak times.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The heater in our room was not functioning, making it quite uncomfortable, especially at night. Additionally, the carpets were stained and had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from our overall enjoyment. I had also noticed some maintenance issues, like a rusty ceiling in the pool area, that seriously need attention.

The indoor playground was a hit with the kids! We also loved the basketball court and the multiple water slides.
